original fault was the combustion unit(burner,fan, pcb and gasvalve!)hugely expensive, after completion the tenant then mentioned no hot water for last 6weeks!
replaced flow sensor-basically a thin micro card,no difference.
my problem is the domestic water cartridge which is special order, seems impossible to remove.
the diagram tells you to rotate clockwise with screwdriver but as its typical baxi plastic i am wary of using force.
anyone ever done this before or can me what i am doing wrong.
