Baxi Solo 2 loud clicking

Hi Got a Baxi Solo 2 boiler problem.
When it's trying to start up I get a loud clicking noise, from somewhere in the boiler, not sure if this is only on the hot water side or the heating side of things.
PCB changed 18 months ago, fan changed 2 months ago.
From reading different messages I'm getting the impression its a Relay problem.

Please help, starting to get greef............ :cry:
 
Probably the spark electrode trying to ignite the pilot.

Problem does not appear on the heating side of the system, only on the water side.
