Has anybody come across a problem with a baxi Solo 3 continually sooting up on the right hand side of heat exchanger. Changed pilot burner and injector but it still soots up. Any advice is appreciated

Hi I am gas safe registered, but cant access combustion chamber as DIY not wont allow me ( i've applied twice) long storey

You'll have to take that up with the mods. Can't see a prob if you provide correct details of your gas safe membership. Did you get a reply telling you why you have not been accepted??
As you are a gas safe registered, you should know what the problem is, if you been trained in gas 
. That boiler is very easy to service and repair.
