Baxi system 35/60 not working, help!!!

Hi, my Baxi system 35/60 boiler not working at all, I have no hot water, no heating, it is getting cold.
I can see the pump is running (very loud), but the fan is not running . No light is flasing, apart from the 60ₒ(degree) light flashing. I have reset the boiler many times, still the same, no luck.

Can any one kindly give me some advise, thanks.
