Bay window distorted

Hi everyone
There is a distorted rear window the house we are planning to buy. Left side of the window is dropped and the window cannot be opened due to distortion. There is a drainage next to it. I did not see any cracking rear of the house. Is it normal or foundation issue. Thanks in advance.

Looks more like an inadequate UPVC framing attempting to support the rear of a house issue to me. Standard UPVC installer bodge.

Without seeing the floor layout and wall bearing layout, in my mind structurally, there should be a cleverly disguised vertical steel corner post on the left of that UPVC frame, supporting some kind of lintel arrangement to support the outside wall, roof and (possibly) floor. Looks as though the glass and packers are doing all the heavy lifting at present.

Left side of the brick work underneath the window is sloping to the left as well. Is it due to the foundation movement ?

From those photos, the left side of the bay as viewed, has dropped to some degree and the window fitting bodgery has tried to disguise poor fitting of the whole of that glazed frame. IMO, which is easy to say without being on site, is to remove and discard the existing framing and address the reasons for the dropped brickwork to the left. Once that has been diagnosed and rectified, a new window assembly will need to be fitted correctly and any steels needed to support the upper part of the bay fitted/reinstated.

All the UPVC distortion points to inadequate frame support. I can't comment on the masonry as it's barely visible and difficult to ascertain with just visuals.
