Bendix Tricity Washing Machine

Have bought a second hand washing machine that was working before being unistalled. 230Vac is getting to the line filter, but only 5Vac is coming out the other side. Line filter is a Procond Elettronica 411.10.1201 is this the part I need to replace? If so where can I get one, or am i missing a trick??

These filters rarely go wrong but there should certainly be mains voltage coming out of it. They are quite a standard item so you don't have to find an exact replacement. If you still have an old machine you might be able to use the filter off that. They usually have a label showing how to wire them up.
