Best glue for a Vinyl flooring tear

Hi all,

Anyone recommend a really good glue for Vinyl sheet flooring to wooden floorboards ? I'm laying some for my Daughter and accidentaly ripped it and it's quite a long rip (about 12 inches) but luckily it's not in a high footfall area. I don't need a lot i don't think so a tube would be ideal. I have tried with spray adhesive but it's not worked well so want something that will fix it solid.

Any contact or grab adhesive should fix it I would have thought

Evostick contact adhesive. I prefer the solvent based, if you can find it !
