Best long poles for painting (about 5 meters)

I'm looking for suggestions for long poles (around 5 meters) for external painting please.

If someone has some first hand experience of using good ones that would be great.

It is just for a bit of touching up in a high position, not worth getting scaffolding for such a small job, using long poles would be the best option, some of them might be too flimsy at that length.

For 5m that's high.
Think my longest is 3m
Get a ladder and paint it.

3m pole plus your height plus a bench or steps will get you to 5m
