If yes, add a tiny amount of Terebene. It is an oxidising agent that speeds up the curing process. At 20ish ℃ I would expect it to be touch dry in 3 to 4 hours.

You should be able to find it in any decent decorators' merchant. Don't worry about the fact that it is purple, it doesn't change the colour of the dried paint.
