Best place to get a 6" (150mm) belt sander?

I have been looking at table top belt sanders and all the ones under £200 are the 4" belt / 6" disc combination types.

Is it possible to get a 6" table top belt sander for under £200?

And whats the best place to look at second hand tools in the surrey/south east area? Would only be for very occasional use.

If it's only occasional use, can't you manage with a smaller machine, or even an inverted hand held belt sander?
Most of us could use all sorts of big kit occasionally, but we either hire as foxhole says or get around it in some way rather than have money and space tied up in little used kit.
