Best practise when adding TRVs

Would it be best practise when replacing one end of a rads with TRVs to replace all the other ends too? Or was I just unlucky when one of the other ends popped off when I refilled the system? - (Thanks for all your help yesterday people.)
 
Some of the older valves are far better quality than modern lockshields and if they are not weeping etc then some are worth keeping.
Valve being pushed off just means it was never tightened properly in the first place
 
Thanks for the advice. I was very surprised to see the olive slip right off when the others around the house are locked so tightly.
