BFI620 Hotpoint Dishwasher not heating

I've got a integral BFI620 Hotpoint dishwasher that isn't heating up the water. I've previously changed the heater element when the error status showed a problem with the element but this time no such error status on the lights - the water just doesn't get hot...

any ideas?

Pcb faulty. Remove consol panel to see it.

just popped the console panel off - no obvious signs/marks on the control board - they look like that cost around £80 - am i better going for one of those fixed price repairs/all parts included jobs for £120?

It's up to you , if you have metered the heater then the heater relay is goosed also check for dry joints on the pcb.
