I'm assuming an RD532 is a 30CDi combi, is that right?

There should always be 240V between Brown and purple at the fan if not then PCB or wiring harness are goosed.

Have you checked continuity of harness to fan?

Did you insert code plug into new PCB?

Hi yes i checked the wiring harness and pluged in the code plug. Also this time i was reading the manual, for 20mins and after that fault code c1 came up, wireing harness or fan, New fan now installed and shes running like a good one. Cheers for you help tho. I can not belive it takes 20mins for a fault code to come up on these boilers. Its abit of a let down due to the price of the boilers.

hi
I have the same boiler rd532 and my mate fitted it he is a gas engineer when he fitted it the boiler ran smoothly for the first 24 hours. Then when i checked it in the morning it would not fire up, the pump is working but there is a fault code C1 showing, checking the manual it seems to refer to the fan. after he fitted it the condensate traps rubber seal was leaking slightly, so he put a bit of silicone on it which stopped the leak could this silicone have anything to do with the fan not working. also on the display screen P1 P2 and P3 comes up and then P6 then it shows temperature ....does this mean anything as well. Or could it be just that the fan as packed up. Any help or guidence would be very grateful
