Bi Folding doors

Hi All
I am doing a single story extension and I want to put bi-folding doors on the back.
Has anyone got/fitted these?
Any issues to be aware of?
Does anyone know the pros & cons of having the doors open in or out?

I have just had something similar done - got great price and good advice from these guys - www.rochfordjoinery.co.uk. Not sure if they go all the way to Hampshire, but worth picking their brains anyway.
