Biasi 24s - HW but no CH

Hello.

Slider switch on timer broke other day so new one ordered which arrived today and fitted sucessfully. However, the summer/winter switch on the PCB was playing up last year so i got s/h one from ebay. Electrician friend was doing some work here yesterday and fitted the PCB. Switch fitted today and now hw is working but ch isn't - any ideas how i can assess what's up and if it's the PCB or not?

Generally the best way to assess a PCB is by changing it for a known working one!

Buying anything from Ebay seems to be risky!

I met someone who saw his stolen motorcycle advertised on Ebay but as he had already been paid out by the insurance he just watched it being sold!

A friend was told by the police they had "found" his stolen car parked somewhere but as the insurance cheque had just arrived he rushed to the bank to pay it in!
