Hi. I have a biasi 24s that has no hot water. when I turn on the hot water, it stays cold but the rads get hot. Can anyone give me an idea and how to solve this. thanks

Yes I have searched and thought it was something to do with the diverter valve but the symptoms arent the same so was wondering which part of the diverter valve? thanks for getting back so soon.
