Hi my Baisi 24s is ROARING // i have replaced the PCB // Pressure safety valve // Heat Exchanger // Diarfram it has all lights & constant 1,5 bar Any ideas OH No hot water & No CH

Any ideas
Would have been cheaper to get someone in who knows what they are doing that's for sure.

There is no logical connection between all those replaced parts!

Do you not have a full parts list, so that you can, randomly, replace all the other bits till it's fixed.
 mark the list so as not to replace anything twice

Sorry i was vague All those parts have been replaced over the years ,, Last month i had to replace the PCB & Emergency pressure valve .. Today having examined the Boiler & Found One side of the CH Cold & Pump working & spoken to a professional it points to the Diverter Valve & Thanks for your Unhelpfull Sarcastic Reply

Hey the Boiler is 10 Years old I will fix it this time But how long do i Carry on ?

It is the kind of boiler which I would advise repairing on an on going basis, because the cost of a boiler swap will be greater, and it is a boiler with no known design errors that would leed me to advise writing it off.

But to address your present problem you need it fixed by a competent person.

Thanks Paul , That is my opinion As i am a time served Motor Mechanic & it is Obvious to me to Replace Parts But i am 58 so that was a long time ago .. Anyway i got a real Plumber comin Tuesday .. But i am convinced it is the diverter Valve Which i could FIX but as it is a rented Property for peace of mind i want a Professional ...

I am catching you up at 53.

Car parts cost is what writes a car off in the end and that will be the death of many modern boilers in the near future. Manufacturers are latching on to making huge profit out of spare parts.

Now that we cannot fit band B boilers the problem is about to really hit. the way we are heading boilers will be obsolete before they are 10 yrs old.

Unless that is the bodies whop dictate what we can or can't do take into account the lifetime service aspect of producing household goods, and not just the fuel used to run them. When that is taken into account it will become very clear that to produce boilers of your ilk is much kinder on the environment than the present mess we are in. Created primarily to look good and provide work for quangos.

As Paul says above that boiler is a very simple and easy to repair model with no design faults causing any particular repetitive faults.

As such its a totally repairable boiler and can be expected to only need a significant repair every 3-5 years such as a failed fan, pump etc as those parts are mechanical and have been working for the last 10 years already.
