Hi i have a biasi boiler and the hot water in the shower is not working properly. I have to put on the taps in the sink first and then it will heat up for a minute and then goes cold. The other bathroom shower works fine. Help

It sounds as if you have a 24S with a failing diverter valve if it takes more than 2.5 li/min to turn the boiler on.
You may also have a blocked plate HE if the gauge goes much higher than about 65° on hot water delivery.
