Hi

I have a Biasi Boiler (not sure which model as there are no numbers on the front and no info). When I turn on the ch, it goes off after a min or so with the error showing as "Lack of burner ignition". When I push the button on the front, it comes back to life and the flame lights but it goes off after a while.

I have tried resetting it, making sure it is filled up etc.

Any ideas guys?

It is most likely to be a gas/combustion fault which is something we do not give DIY advice about on this forum.

All you can do is to check the condensate drain ( if any ) is clear.

Is it a combi and if so does the DHW work OK?

I expect you are going to need an engineer!

HI

Thanks for the reply. No idea where the drain is so will try and get in touch with British Gas. I have just taken out their home care policy so this is a good time for me to call them I reckon...
