I have a biasi activ a 30c
It has constantly been loosing pressure to the point where it is asking to be topped up 2 or 3 times a day
There are no leaks on the radiators
Upon inspection by a engineer we found that the water was leaking from the top heat exchange sealed unit into the condensation trap and then out the tube.
He has told me that the heat exchanger has gone.
The only thing is is that the heat and water still work and the boiler gives an error 14
Is the heat exchanger broken??
