Biasi combi warm water on the DHW

Hi, problem with a Biasi Combi, about 4 years old. when the DHW is demanded the burners run but the temp at the tap doesn't rise above luke warm. its an ittermittent fault and it doesn't seem to matter whether the CH is on or off. Wondered about faulty temp control? Thanks P

At that age it should have three diagnostic lights. What do they show when its faulting?

When was it last serviced?

i think some models don't show fault codes/lights with h/w faults like these. I would ask the poster: what flow rate does the hot tap run at when the fault occurs firstly.
