BIASI RIVA ADVANCE HE hot water works but not central heatin

Please help!
We have the BIASI RIVA ADVANCE HE M110B.24SM/C 47-583-11 boiler.

The hot water works but the central heating has stopped working.

The green light on the bottom of the boiler flashes for a second every 2 seconds, which the manual says it should and is in 'normal operating boiler'.

The box on the left hand side of the boiler next to the heating on/off button clicks onto green (which it should do to indicate heating coming up) however no noises come from the boiler and there is no heat at all!

Is the right hand knob turned to between the + and the - symbols?

Does the time clock show "on" in the display?

If latter is not then if it has red slider move to bottom and press the left hand of the four buttons until it shows "on".

Yes the right hand knob is between the + and -

The time clock is on in the display

The boiler doesn't have a red slider

The red slider is on the timeclock but only the ones fitted before about 1999.

Based on what you have said all I can say is that the boiler seems to be correctly set and I would be checking the output of your wireless stat to see if thats really giving the right signal to the boiler!
