Biasi Riva Advance HE - No Hot Water

We have a Biasi Riva Advance HE that isn't giving any hot water. The central heating is working fine.
I've reset the DHW rotary knob and altered the temperature but its still the same.

Does anyone have any idea's why this is..?

Domestic water flow switch is where I would start. Do you get any fault indications from the lights on the front panel?
