bifolding doors

Hi ,I have bifolding doors which have a gap on the outside between the door and the frame, the locks are visible in the gap ,should they be like that, also floor inside seems damp

For the locks I would have thought it should be hidden with some rubber or something but it depends on the make and cost of them really. Do you know what make they are? If so try googling pics of them to see if their brochures show them like that.

I cant make out your underside pic I'm afraid as its a bit blurry.
