We had a leak from a bathroom that was sorted in September. Been under floor with everything running and no leaks. Water meter also not moving. Now the amount of water that went down here into this area was a hell of a lot talking bath fulls so estimate at like 400 litres minimum? as the waste pipe wasn’t connected until we realised as we just moved in (is a bungalow) this is the only area like this in the subfloor.

This area doesn’t seem to be drying could it just be high water table and time of year? There is absolutely 0 leaks here. Thinking it might also be salts from all the water going down here but I’ve no idea how that works

If this is indeed still drying how long could I be looking at for it to fully dry?

Pictures are just after been fixed and today.

That ground won't have a dpc under.
That Looks like when all the water isn't being taken away in the drains.
Cracks and problems around gully means water runs under the house.
Is all that ok?
