Black mould on new skim

Removed old plaster in old terraced house. Dot and dabbed plaster board followed by skim. About 2 weeks later we have mould where I guess the adhesive is. 2 other rooms downstairs ok. Problem is in the kitchen.

Can you take a pic from the outside wall, could be damp tracking through... did you ventilate the room daily, or once every two weeks?

Solid or cavity wall?

Didn't ventilate. One wall is adjoining (terrace)
The wall under the window has rubble and crap from all the work done in front of it so can't get a picture at this time.

The plasterer was left alone as the property is vacant.
Would you recommend using a dehumidifier?

there may be moisture in the wall stopping the adhesives drying. The trouble with it is the wet adhesive over time will de-bond from the wall and/or the board if it does not dry out quickly enough leaving you with loose areas.

heat -ventilation and dehumidifier . get it all going.

Get a summer fan in there for now. Really pushes on the drying. In the day open up the windows and get sumner fan on again as the air flow and movement of air will dry it out
