hi, im by no means an expert, infact quite the opposite. I have a few radiators, a boiler, cant say much more than that. all are really new, although i wasnt involved in installing them.

All radiators work fine except one 'upstairs' which feels cold at the top corners and boiling hot in the middle. I was advised to 'bleed' so i turned off the CH and opened the bleed valve half a turn. A worrying smelling gas hissed out then stopped, no water, nothing. When i turned on the CH again, radiator had same problem.

Did i bleed it correctly? What do i do next?

Also I dont know if this is connected, but the pressure gauge on the boiler reads practically zero. what does this mean? Do i have to call out an expensive plummer?
