I have fitted a new diverter valve valve to my Worcester 240 combi. The boiler sits above any radiators. What is the best way to re-fill it to minimise air locks?????

Assuming it's pressurised, you won't have any air locks. Just make sure they auto air vent is open. Fill, Bleed the pump, run, turn off, bleed all rads. Check after an hour/day for collected air. Don't forget the inhibitor.
