Hi,

I've a small pumping station for a basement flat. The chamber has previously stopped working when the float was covered in crud (FOG) but i cleaned it and all was well.

The station has again stopped working but this time the float is clear but no water is getting into the chamber. I've tried rodding the 100mm inlet pipe but access is difficult and the spiral attachment just stops after about 300-400mm into the pipe.

Any ideas how to resolve this tricky problem ?

Cheers,
Mike.

Jet it. Wouldnt recommend you try it yourself as can get messy, phone round for a fixed price, companies offering hourly rates can drag the job out shall we say...
