Looking to build a shower in a bathroom. It currently has a separate bath/wc so I’ll be knocking into one.
The shower will be where the WC window is/was.
Would it be a real bodge to just board over the window and fit the shower leaving the external window behind? Effectively leaving a sealed space behind.

Looking at it from both a cost POV and also don’t like the look of a bricked up window at the rear.

Any dangers/ problems I should consider?
