I have just demolished an outbuilding that contained the old outdoor toilet for our house.

The building was built on a solid concrete? base into which the drain from the toilet disappears.

Can anybody tell me how I go about blocking off this pipe?

Push scrunched-up cement bag or somesuch down hole about 6 inches, soit fits firmly and will stop the plug going down to far. Fill up to floor level with concrete. Job done.
