Looking for some advice please. Had new patio doors fitted and we needed to have a cement band as we didn't want patchy harling. It looks terrible, uneven, patchy, lots of swirl marks.
At first the plasterer said there was nothing he could do as 'it sometimes does that' but after some pushing has agreed to come back and try to repair in some way but he's not optimistic. He also keeps making excuses about the weather and is waiting for a day with zero rain forecast but that could take forever!
Could anyone speculate please what's gone wrong and what he'll need to do to fix and does he need an absolutely dry day as feel he's just stringing us along.
