Which ever boiler I fitted would not be sold on at trade price.

You can have the job, cant compete with your discounted pricing.

And that the mistake you have made, i never said i would charge that .
But if the guy who has priced it is happy and the customer is happy who is anyone to say otherwise.
400 quid for a days work is more than the majority of people earn in a week.
One of the things that really annoys me about this site is expensive must be the best and cheap is a cowboy yet everyone then slags off (rightly or wrongly) BG for being too expensive and rip people off .

The saying quality comes at price comes to mind.

I am not going to get in to an argument with you namsag.

There are installers out there that are prepared to chuck boilers in, and installers that take pride in installing boilers. We do the latter and leave the " I want a cheap system" to the chuckers.

Only you can decide where you fit in.

Not arguing either, and i have seen many jobs that people are proud of but i would not wish them on my worst enemy .
I will leave you to decide whether you fit into that category
