Boiler causing debris

I have a wall-mounted boiler. When it is running, I sometimes see that bits from the wall behind the boiler have crumbled. Can you advise what could be causing this? Thanks.

get someone qualified to take the cover off and check the bolts anchoring the boiler. You don't want it falling off the wall when you're on holiday, it will cause a gas leak.
