Boiler is firing up but not heating the water

All a tech help line can do is to make the best guess based only on what YOU have told them.

In your case you will be unable to give them an engineers description of what the boiler is/is not doing.

You have to also remember they only answer telephones and dont go fixing boilers every day as we do !
