i have a potterton boiler how do i restart it it keeps on shutting down after an hour or so it stays on longer first thing in the morning

Is it that white one?
Is it oil or gas fired, what boier model is it?.

prattit starts back up itself sometimes or i turn the whole thing off and hope it turns back on it will when the fan sounds it is gas fired ive only just moved in so no instructions on resetting and no model number that i can see
Have you got a room stat, if so whats it set on, and have you got a knob on the boiler, and have you tried turning it up????
