Boiler locked out

Hi can anyone help please, my boiler has gone into lock out, it has a loud humm coming from the boiler, I thought it might be the fan, I've looked at the fan and to me looks free and spins, see video. I've now noticed a leak and some gunk at the back of the boiler,

Can you please look at the video, any advice much appreciated

sounds like your pump has stuck, cover everything below the pump with towels poly bag or something as some water will come out, not a lot but beware it might be very hot, remove the large gold screw at the front of the pump and see it you can free the shaft by trying to turn it with a screwdriver
