boiler lockout won't reset

The oil tank drained, I refilled it then bled the air out to the burner and got a good clean flow.
Tried firing it up using the reset button (which was lit), but it didn't start. Did it again a minute later, a fuse blew. Changed fuse. Now I have a green power light and a red lockout light, but no light on the reset button and nothing happens when I push the reset button.
Tranco tro37/40 with a reillo 40 burner.
Any help please,
