Hi, what could be the cause of a boiler working fine then making a lot of noise after its been on for an hour? Thanks for any help.

It's an Alpha he 24 kilowatt combi. It has trv's on all rads. But a small one in the bathroom with two lockshields on. Its singled zoned with a room stat.
It needs a by- pass (external ) fitted by the sounds of it the TRV's are shutting down when hot and the bath rad pipework is too small for the circulation.
