Just move it, (who cares) 
If you wish for peace of mind, if its an oil fired boiler, call OFTEC, they will inform you. But you won't need notification if it is, but you will need a suitably qualified person to do this.
For a gas fired boiler, I think it's the same issue, as long as the heating engineer is GasSafe registered, and he certificates it himself, it should all be plain sailing AFAIK.
