I have googled and i do not understand the regulations.
Please just tell me yes or no if its ok because i do not understand the wording.
my cooker is 7 inchs next to the boiler.
The above distance is 17inchs
It is a gas cooker
the boiler has leaked before and its fairly new, ontop where the 'soil' pipe is it is covered in thick oil and dust which wont come off
I live in a council property and just moved in. Is this safe?
ALSO
I have directly 2cm in front of the sink wires which connect to a plug supply and washing machine plug which has plastic trunking around it with sealant, because it is so near to the sink the sealant is always rotting off and i am having to re seal.
Council employees have said this is ok because of the trunking but how can it be if the sealant is off every month or so?
it gets wet everyday
Please help and if you can resite the regulations i need to use to write to them
