Boiler not heating water

Hi there!

Background: Drained central heating system ( with header tank) to resite radiators. Filled up system, opened stopcocks and bled radiators.

Unfortunately, there is no hot water. Boiler is firing up. Should I have done anything more when refilling system? Pump seems noisy......airlock somewhere else?

Would appreciate some advice. Cheers.

Check if there is a bleed cap on flow pipe to cylinder if so loosen it until water appears

Also if it is a fully pumped system, did you open the zone valves manually whilst filling the system?
