Boiler not pressurisng.

Hi.

I have had the heating off today as the builder has removed a couple of radiators to build new walls.
When it was sorted and the boiler could be switched on The pressure was at zero so filled it back up to 1.5 but it went straight back to zero and all the water was going straight outside via the expansion pipe. Lots of gurgling banging going on. I cant understand why the water is going straight outside.

Sounds like they've used the PRV to drain the system and either it hasn't re-sealed (common) or they've simply not closed it
