Just thought to run this by you lot, these are my current boiler settings.

If you note the bar seems to run at 2.5 with water at 60 and heating at 18 deg.
Whereas 3 is a problem if it reaches there. So are my settings correct and should I be concerned?
Boiler has always run at 2 bar but seems higher since having both a thermostatic shower bar and a Tado wireless stat installed.
Not losing any water.
Your opinions appreciated.

2.5 bar is a bit on the high side but if it doesn't rise any higher probably OK. it depends on the system and EV volumes and the EV precharge and filling pressures.

Thanks, thats what concerns me. How can I control that pressure.
To be honest I would prefer it at 2 bar to be on the safe side.

Not sure what you mean by the number of rads but assuming 8 ish, even a 8L EV still shouldn't rise to much more than 2bar, keep a eye on it, you may have to get the precharge pressure çhecked, your boiler info might provide the EV size.
