Boiler overheating?

So basically I should be setting the flow temperature as low as possible.

I have loft insulation and double glazing and draft proofing.

When the return temp of the boiler exceeds 55 deg c efficency starts to fall as it will stop condensing. Try the flow temp on 60/65.

I will probably use 60 degrees in mild weather like it is now a and 65 degrees when a bit colder and 75 degrees when very cold.

yes I agree but if you get weather compensation (a vaillant 430) then this will alter flow temp automatically for you according to the outside temp. ;)
