Boiler pressure drop

Had a new combi installed in May and it has lost pressure slowly ever since then, needing topping up every couple of weeks. I don't think it is the boiler because the pressure was dropping on the old one (although there was an intermittent leak from the boiler as well so hard to tell).

The pressure relief pipe is bone dry so it doesn't appear as though the PRV is passing water.

There are also no leaks from any visible heating pipes. and I suspect that if there is a leak it is under the bathroom floor, which is tiled and ply boarded.

Since getting to these pipes is going to involve significant destruction of the floor and the leak is fairly slight (its dropped from 1.5 bar to 1.25 bar over 2 weeks) I was thinking of dropping in some Fernox F4 and hoping that cures it.

Any downsides to doing this on my boiler (Worcester 28CDI)?
