Good evening. Has anyone an idea of what this fault code is on a Worcester boiler? No help from google. Have no hot water and central heating? Stuck till Monday like this so anyone help would be brilliant.

Reset it, hold the radiator and tap button together for 5 secs, that's installer menu, got to info and then fault history. What does it say?

This is what is says when I reset it then it goes straight back to the first image. Unsure of which one as it’s my mums. All we’ve been seeing for two hours it both these messages, we can’t get into anything else

This is like drawing teeth, WHICH greenstar ? there are loads of them, just post a pic of the boiler

It won't matter, that locking fault is generated from the boiler being reset 5+ times within a 10 minute period, so there is an underlying issue that needs to be addressed. And the OP hasn't given the original fault code so we can't help unfortunately, waiting until Monday is their only option.
