boiler/water noises

I have a potterton suprima 30-80 wall hung boiler which is about 5 years old. Recently when the water comes on, there is a surge & shushing sound coming from the boiler & pipes leading to the water tank. I have tried fernox noisy boiler silencer already, but it only happens when it switches from c/heating to water, does anyone have any suggestions????????????
