Bosch classixx 1400 flashing spin light

I have a problem with my washer, it won’t finish the wash cycle , it stops and the display goes off but the spin light flashes. The fabric softener is still full in the dispenser. If I put it on spin it goes through the cycle but won’t go through a wash cycle.
Two weeks ago I replaced the heating element and mains suppressor and it worked fine for a week.
Has anybody had a similar fault to this or even better any appliance engineers know what the prob is

it fully empties when spinning or not ?. More information required and model helpful
