For some reason our Bosch Classixx dishwasher doesn\\\'t always dispense the powder. When you open the door after a cycle, the powder door has opened but most of the powder remains but is wet! This doesn\\\'t happen all the time. Any ideas??

Make sure detergent dispenser is able to open fully when door is shut eg top basket is in correctly etc,sometimes dispenser is only opening enough to dampen powder and then springs fully open when you open door.Check rotation of top spray arm.
